ספר 'קל"ח פתחי חכמה' מאת המקובל האלוקי רבי משה חיים לוצאטו, המכונה גם אבי המוסריים על שם ספרו 'מסילת ישרים'. מהדורה שניה. טשרנוביץ תר"ח [1848].
הספר שלפנינו הינו חיבורו החשוב של הרמח"ל בענין יסודות חכמת הקבלה, הספירות, התיקונים וסוד הנשמה ומהווה פתח ושער לחכמת הקבלה.
רבי משה חיים לוצאטו [תס"ז-תק"ו], ידוע בכינויו הרמח"ל. מגדולי המקובלים, ואבי המוסריים. למד תורה מפי מגיד שנשלח אליו מן השמים. חיבר עשרות ספרים בקבלה ובראשם 'קל"ח פתחי חכמה' שלפנינו. חיבר גם את ספר 'מסילת ישרים' - ספר המוסר המפורסם והנלמד ביותר בכל הזמנים.
