לוט של כעשרים דפים שחולצו בטכניקה מיוחדת מכריכת ספר ישן. תוכנם של הדפים לא נבדק לאשורו וייתכנו תגליות.
אחד הנושאים המרתקים בעולם האספנות הוא "גניזת הכריכות". מדובר בדפים בודדים שהוכנסו בעבר לתוך כריכות ספרים ישנים ועתיקים (בעבר נהגו לייצר כך את כריכות הספרים). בדרך כלל - כמו גם במקרה שלפנינו - הדבר שימר את הכתב לאורך השנים הרבות. וכאשר בזמנינו המציאו את טכניקת חילוצם של הדפים מהכריכה בחזרה, נחשפים מדי פעם תגליות מרעישות בין הכריכות: כתבי יד של גדולי הדורות וכד'.
