תעודה מעניינת שנכתבה ברגש רב.
המכתב שלפנינו נשלח, כפי הנראה, אל הגה"צ רבי יוסף חיים זוננפלד. בסוף המכתב נכתב: "את תעודת הגאון הרידב"ז (יחד גם של הד"ר פאול נתן) שלחנו לבי"ד [=לבית דפוס] של הר' לעווין ושותפיו להדפיס, ונצוהו היום לתת גליון אחד לכ"ק".
