מפרט: [1], קמ דף. [בעותק שלפנינו חסר מדף קכא עד דף קל]. פגעי עש בעיקר בכריכה. הדבקה בשער. כריכת חצי עור. כריכה קדמית חסרה בחלקה בפינת צד שמאל. כתמים, קרעים בחלק מהדפים. מצב; בינוני ומטה.
