Rabbi Avraham Avish Kaner (1894-1984), the son of Rabbi Ya'akov Shimshon, the father of Chassidut Teshkov in Galicia, son-in-law of Rabbi Moshe Yosef of Sulitza, Av Beit Din of Yassasi, was crowned as Admor in 1929 in Botoshan, After the establishment of the State of Israel, he settled in the Halisa neighborhood of Haifa where he established his Beit Midrash and served as Rebbe for almost 40 years. His son-in-law is Rabbi Yaakov Yitzchak Rabinowitz, the Admor of Biala - Ramat Aharon.
