כרטיס 'יזכור' לילדי הנספים בשואה, עם תפילות כל נדרי, הזכרת נשמות וקדיש יתום. ללא ציון מקום ושנת הכתיבה. [שנות ה'תש"י 1950 לערך]. עברית וספרדית .
בגב הכרטיס יש מקום לרשימת שמות הנספים ומופיע רישום בספרדית [בתרגום חפשי]: "יהי רצון שילדינו והדורות הבאים יזכרו את בני משפחתנו שהושמדו ללא רחמים על ידי הנאצים בתקופה הטראגית של 1939-1945".
