AVRO "RADIO BODE"
Small Porcelain sign / enamel sign, convex, lithographed, NL circa 1930, 8 x 14 cm, N.V. Woud & Bekkers Blikfabr. A'dam, dreamlike original condition, the "A.V.R.O." could be equated with the German public broadcasters, the doorsign was once found hidden in an old shop fitting - it had probably never seen daylight before... GERMAN DESCRIPTION:emailliertes Türschild, gewölbt, lithographiert, NL um 1930, 8 x 14 cm, N.V. Woud & Bekkers Blikfabr. A'dam, traumhafter Originalzustand, die "A.V.R.O." könnte man mit den deutschen öffentlich-rechtlichen Sendern gleichsetzen, gefunden wurde das Türschild einst in einer alten Ladeneinrichtung versteckt - es hatte wohl nie zuvor Tageslicht gesehen...
