VAN NELLE'S TABAK
Small Porcelain sign / enamel sign, convex, thickly stenciled, Rotterdam/NL 20s, 8 x 16 cm, minimal scratches, rare and sought-after - therefore it is astonishing that this sign was once found by the consignor during a walk together with 3 other signs in the bulky waste in front of an old barn, but in former times this was probably customary, what should one do with the scrap metal... GERMAN DESCRIPTION:emailliertes Türschild, gewölbt, dick schabloniert, Rotterdam/NL 20er Jahre, 8 x 16 cm, minimale Kratzerchen, selten und gesucht - gerade daher verwundert es, dass dieses Schild von Einlieferer einst beim Spaziergang zusammen mit 3 anderen Schildern im Sperrmüll vor einer alten Scheune gefunden wurde, früher aber war das wohl Usus, was sollte man schon mit dem Altmetall anfangen...
