Enamel sign / Porcelain sign, flange, double sided, stenciled and lithographed, F late 1920ies, 44 x 65 cm, Emaill. Als. Strasbourg, signed: d'aprés L. Cappiello 1922, certainly one of the most famous designs of French advertising, the surface highly glossy and scratch-free, on a screen with minimal superficial damage - the enamel sign exists exclusively in this version as a cantilever, which actually even reinforces the design, it almost seems as if the gentlemen run into the wide space - only it does not rain. Strasbourg, signiert: d'aprés L. Cappiello 1922, sicherlich einer der bekanntesten Entwürfe französischer Reklame, die Oberfläche hochglänzend und kratzerfrei, an einem Schirm mit minimalster oberflächiger Beschädigung - das Emailschild existiert ausschließlich in dieser Variante als Ausleger, der den Entwurf tatsächlich sogar nochmal verstärkt, es scheint fast, als liefen die Herren in den weiten Raum hinein - nur regnen, das tut es nicht.
