circa 1880, wedge-shaped blade with hollow grooves on both sides, maker Eisenhauer, distributed by "Ewald Cleff in Solingen" (etched on the back of the blade), three-sided on 45 cm ornamentally floral, with military motifs as well as WR I. and the Prussian eagle with imperial orb and sceptre etched on three sides, the guard with lion's head finial at the front, merging to the bail at the back, the bail decorated with oak leaves and a knight's head, richly decorated grip cap with lion's head finial, this with two red glass eyes, Grip covered with checkering and triple winding (slight lack of preservation), on the quillons obverse and reverse a woman's head each, portepee of silver braid with green stripes (probably modern), metal scabbard with two suspension loops, good condition, scabbard does not close completely, l total. 101 cm.
