Baroque deerstalker
circa 1700, wedge blade, on 15 cm ornamented on both sides and engraved with "Et Dieu Donne La victoire" as well as "Les hommes Sont la guerne" (and God gives the victory....), shell-shaped thrusting blade decorated with tendrils and hunting utensils, quillons merging on one side into the guard, grip ring and grip cap decorated with hounds and ornamental decoration, grip covered with tortoiseshell (repair and missing parts), leather scabbard with open seam and missing parts, mouth plate missing, locating lanyard loose, Z 3-4, L total 68 cm.
